I have a question about a past reward i never recived.

I one of the few that not hack the game to get in the mob or get all the achievements. But it one the games will never recived new achievements. But that was gaming past on the 360. I want to play in the today time.

when and I going recive my reward

Heum... so when?... heum I think its past 1 month ago? I see (when my 12month is about too expire) I see a big publicitie on the dashboard (the new) its say: Acctivate your code here and recive 600 points!!! I do it... Never got it... but i know i got 200pts
for it but its noot the good deal... (thats for the thing i sucribe for my 200pts) not the redeem code... :s and I go check that... (I never recive any email out of my confimation of my 12month)

Note: im in canada (and most of your promotion dot work) i dont know why...
