do not grab my code from a card purchased in the afternoon ase approximately 4 hour .i bougth in mexico . but he does not grab it

Using a credit card in a different region

I use gift cards too, but the problrm is lately, you have to enter ur cc info, for example for the games with gold out now, you have to enter a payment option and the only one is credit card, even though games with gold are free. About 1 month ago xbox converted
all my microsoft poimts into dollars and I can't even use them without entering my credit card info, I guess this has something to do with the whole "no valid payment options" error

So you are having a problem redeeming your one-month prepaid Gold card? First thing to check is if you have already redeemed it on your account, which would appear on your purchase
history: Sign in to your Microsoft account

If your account shows it as redeemed, but your Xbox console has not yet detected that Gold is active on your account, give your console a power cycle:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
