have over 5000 points on the Xbox Rewind even having a billing address I do not have a date to receive the depost in my account. What should I do?

hello when i enter to see my xbox live rewards it says that i should do an update , i got 15250 points and i cant have my rewards .

You might want to focus on getting into the old email first. Or there's always the Customer Support option on password reset. It'll ask for details about the account registered in Microsofts database. They can get back to you about a password reset and are,
in fact, the only people who can reset your account without doing an email reset/security question/text reset.

Per support's response to your previous thread, you need to add an Xbox gift card to your account in order to start a Microsoft account balance. I have more than 5000 points on xbox rewind and can't recieve

Hello FNX STONY BR,

We cannot deposit into your account since you do not have a Microsoft payment account. We can only deposit into these Microsoft Accounts. We cannot deposit into other payment accounts like a Credit Card or paypal account.

This is mentioned in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

No. You can redeem them more than once, but if they run out of codes they won't be listed on the redemption site.

Hello there. I have a problem with microsoft rewards on XBOX. Its saying that microsoft rewards marketing isnt supported for me. I checked the list of supported countries and my country is there. On PC i have no problem. Any fix?
