    I have a problem with my Xbox Live Gold

    When I try to play a game or even join a Xbox Live Party, I get the message that I need to buy a Gold membership. But the problem is that I already have one and expires on august 7/2018. Why can´t I play?. I´m from Mexico, hope you can help me

    on Monday, February 5, buy a month of subscription to Gold in my xbox one, start a game, I wanted to play online but I saw the window that comes out when you do not have this service, I canceled it and I bought it again but it came
    back out the same, already restart the console and wait a while and nothing

    XBL can be slow to update your account at times. Give it 24 hours and then try again.

    Is the code for an XBL Gold trial or for a full subscription?

    As trial codes only allow limited access and do not include on-line gaming.
