  2. i have a problem with the gold

    Hey there, magnetaso!

I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! There might be some miscommunication due to language barriers, based on how you posted, so forgive me if I misunderstand what you're saying. I believe you're saying that your account is acting as if it doesn't have
Gold, but you have purchased it, correct?

If so, you will need to
    contact us
via phone or chat support to look into any Gold issues on your account. We can't do that here due to security reasons. However, if that isn't what you're running into, please post back explaining the situation and I'll do my best to help you
out. I have a problem with the Xbox one :)

Was it doing the same next time your turned it off?

Was beeps rhythmic - like pulses of two or three or similar?

I read about power cycling to fix many things - and you hold power button at least 10s as you are to shut down console.

You see light on power supply turn off - this is launch X1 - don't know how X1S works.

If that does not cure it for next startup/shutdown - you do the same and also remove power cord and 20-30s before turning on again.
