    I have a problem with the ultimate pass return


    Hello, I have a problem with the ultimate pass return. In December there was a promotion of 3m for 4zl. I bought it, played what I wanted and forgot to subscribe. In the morning I took PLN 55 from my account. I just took my money a few hours ago, I canceled my subscription right away, I didn't play any games with the pass range. On the ms site I found some instructions on how to manage a refund. I have been playing with this phrase for an hour according to the instructions. Is there anything else you can do about it?

    Why are Games missing after I have purchased on Games with Gold for free?

    I'm having this same problem.

    I went to boot up Return to Arkham earlier and it says I need to "check my subscription" even though I currently have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    I've not bought any games in a long while due to owning game pass, and now half my library is inaccessible. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you want just game pass for them, one account must buy the game pass and be set as homebox. Then they can share game pass as same as live. But only on one console. College mentioned game pass ultimate. It is a good option. If you sign for ultimate,
    they will have a month or two of ultimate, and all they Live converted to ultimate. For example. If you buy 2 months ultimate (there is an offer for 2 bucks now) and they have 5 months of Live, they will get 7 months of Game pass ultimate that includes game
    pass. Live, and game pass for pc. If you buy with auto-renewal option, they will get one more month. If you don't like it, just wait for the period to pass, and then return to Live and game pass. Never cancel Ultimate, because you will lose remaining Live
    time. There is no family pass.

    Thank you for the reply.

    From what I know, once you start game pass ultimate, a conversion will happen and your months on live gold will be converted to Ultimate with no return. You can't be on Ultimate and Gold at the same time.

    Is this correct ?
