I have a problem with my Xbox Series I can't download or update games. It's been days since...

I have the same problem, I can't connect to Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 games (on my xbox serie x) since few days 🤔 I precise I don't have any problem on the Xbox serie X games, I have that only on the Xbox 360 games.

My internet is perfect too (I live in Belgium)

Any luck? Literally got my xbox series s today and I have been trying to fix this problem all day lol. This is annoying, seems like the issue has been going around for years and they don't want to fix it...

Same for me. Purchased, updated and then downloaded my owned games from the 360. Can't play them, since the 360 account profile download times out. It is certainly not Network related. All on Xbox's end, no server response. No error code. Nothing. Very disappointing. And NOTHING from Xbox. It's like they are ignoring the issue.

I can't download the software update and download my profile because I can't connect to XBOX live, that's the main problem. I also can't download any updates or anything because of this. I told you the error code but keep in mind that that is not the error

I bought an Xbox Series S as a dedicated Dev box and emulator. All my games are on the SSD. Since the patch, I can't play anything. I check every day for an update but there is none. It's frustrating. It negates the whole reason I bought a series S. I play my Series X for my retail games. There have been other patches on my series X and XB1 but none for Series S. Haven't seen any talk about this issue anywhere except this thread. I wonder how much attention this is really getting.

I’m having the same problem with my Series X. I know at least 4+ people having the same problem with their Xboxes. I have done the troubleshooting and it’s not the connection, ISP, modem, cable, etc. I even doubled my bandwidth from 200megs to 400 and the speeds stay the same. Games play without any problems, Xbox Speedtest shows the speed correctly at 400, but the downloads from Gamepass, store, updates, etc, are slow. I noticed this behavior since I started using the series X on launch day. This is a real problem. Hope we can get it solved.
