Discus and support I have a problem with my xbox one s in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So this problem started two days ago when my tea fell over my xbox wire and hdmi wire, the tea also got the bottom of my xbox wet.     I have a problem with my xbox one s


    So this problem started two days ago when my tea fell over my xbox wire and hdmi wire, the tea also got the bottom of my xbox wet. I cleaned it all off with a towl and lisol wipes and now when ever i try to turn on the xbox, it stays on for 20 seconds(displaying
    nothing on the screen) and just turns off.

    I have tried to fix it by running a hairdryer over each side for about a minuite each and it still remains doing the same thing.

    I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else, how to fix it, or what i need to do with the xbox?

    Thanks for the reply. I however have the problem with my Xbox One S and not my PC, any suggestions on how to resolve the problem on a Xbox One S.

    Sounds like a circuit board malfunction. Liquid overloads the electrical conductors which can short the power flow. May want to check a warranty or replace a circuit board.
