I have a problem with my Xbox App on my PC

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you have an issue downloading games on your PC Xbox apps. It stuck and not install games. You have tried uninstalling and installing the games but still the problem persists. Let us check on this together and sort it out to help your concern.

Here are some suggested fixes that will help you resolved the issue.

Let's try to reinstall and repair it.

Hold Win + I and go to Apps > Apps & Features.
locate Gaming Service and tap the menu button (...).
Advanced Options > Reset.
click Reset and confirm.

Later:

Win + X and select Windows Terminal (Admin).
Enter the command below:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Wait for it to complete, and then type this other command:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
When it finishes installing, restart your PC and see if the error remains
If it doesn't work out, it's best to do the inbound that way.
Download the Windows ISO from this website.

Download the ISO
Open the ISO image tool, inside there will be a file called SETUP.exe, select update, download it from the cloud and choose "keep game and apps"
It's quite simple, this will update your files, without losing anything.

Hi, I noticed the change in the service agreement but that did not solve my problem.

I ended up fixing it by downloading my apps on a different PC. After logging in to Xbox Live from the app on another PC, the app on my problem PC would be able to connect properly. However, I did have to go through each app individually to get this completely
sorted out.

I fixed my problem, I did not have the "in app purchases app" installed in my Xbox PC app connected to Minecraft, thanks for your help though!

I have this problem sometimes when I have been streaming my console to the pc without any problems suddenly it stops working.

I click remove next to the console on the streaming page and do a hard reset on my xbox and shut down my pc.

I then boot up my pc and turn my xbox on and search for the xbox on my pc on the streaming page of the companion app. This normally works for me.
