I have a problem with keeping the connectivity.

Discus and support I have a problem with keeping the connectivity. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I no longer get int the bingo site then it dumps me back to the desktop, sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row.     Server connectivity: Blocked

    So, I have a problem with my server connectivity.

    I can't play games online or talk in parties because of my server connectivity being blocked. I've tried all the solutions from the troubleshooting
    page     given to me, but none worked. I have Norton Security, which may be the problem because of its smart firewall. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem and keep my antivirus?

    I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! There might be some miscommunication due to language barriers, based on how you posted, so forgive me if I misunderstand what you're saying. I believe you're saying that your account is acting as if it doesn't have
    Gold, but you have purchased it, correct?

    If so, you will need to
    contact us     via phone or chat support to look into any Gold issues on your account. We can't do that here due to security reasons. However, if that isn't what you're running into, please post back explaining the situation and I'll do my best to help you
    out. I have a problem with keeping the connectivity. :)

    Have tried to test your connection on the Xbox you are having problems with?

    If so what NAT is at Strict, Moderate or Open?

    If it's either Strict or Moderate try logging into your router and enabling UPnP.

    It may be that your gamer profile has become corrupted/damaged. Try
    recover/download your profile     and see if your are helped.

    How is it connecting wired or wireless? Have you tried to change how you connect? if wireless tried cable? if cable a different cable?

    I'm having the same problem. I'm also having trouble connecting to xbox.com from my computer and logging into my hotmail account. On the computer if I keep reloading they will eventually connect, but on the xbox I keep getting this error.
