I have a problem with how my Microsoft account is set up…I can’t play multiplayer..

Is this happening on Xbox consoles, right?
If that’s the case please tell me, do you have an Xbox live gold / Xbox game pass ultimate subscription active in your account?

I ask this because this is a requirement if you want to play online (most of the paid games on consoles has this requirement)

How to change the xbox setting if the my microsoft account show that I’m not an adult yet? I can’t change any setting on xbox settings. Also, I really want to play minecraft dungeons with my friend, but I can’t fix this problem, because I can’t change

hi, I’m trying to turn on online multiplayer on Microsoft Xbox setting and it still says you can’t join his realm because how your account is set up do you know how to turn on online multiplayer NEVERMIND it works

I wanted to play Minecraft PS4 servers but when i signed into my Microsoft account i couldn't play servers because of the message that popped up "You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up." please help me resolve
this problem because i have nothing on my account restricting this type of play.

I have the same issue with my children’s accounts. No matter what settings I change, they cannot play with me on my realm.

This is infuriating especially since it’s only affecting minecraft. I can play other multiplayer games with them, though.

I do have bedrock, and when I attempt to access multiplayer it says "You cannot play multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up", and I am unfortunately unable to test the same computer on a different account, but I have tested the same account on a different computer, and had the same problem.
