Your friend would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

Even if the code is not working, it is never a good idea to post it on a public forum. Anyone can steal it.

Yes, i also have a problem quite like this. A friend gave me a code to redeem and it says to put in a billing address or whatever. I do but then after it says something like check sender name contains prohibited word. Why does it say that if the info is
correct?
