    I am about to finish RESIDENT EVIL 0 to 100% but there are two achievements that I already accomplished in the goal but they are not released, what can I do?

    You could also try deleting your local save file and launching the game. I have had that fix achievement issues in the past.

    Well minecraft is a game that has lots of achievements and some of them are bugged i myself face these types of problems i tried to get the beaconater achievement i tried it 6 times but no results. Sorry i have no known answer to your question but the achievements
    sometimes popup randomly.

    Did you try to earn the achievements that you think are broken more than one time?

    If not just redo them a couple of times they might be bugged or glitched.

    I am a Achievement Hunter myself and i had problems like this many times but usually the achievements either take more tries to finally note that you unlocked them or you have to wait a couple of days and they will pop up
