Hello I bought a code for a gift card of 5 euros, which when I tried to change it had already been changed, I bought the card through an online page called g2a and they told me.

You should contact the xbox support service to ask about the data code and the time you have exchanged and provide a screenshot of the conversation. Then I need to know the data of the following code and the time in which the code was changed is KNBYX-MYK4Q-9K3QF-8YQCV-JQH6C

You should never share codes or other such information on the furums or any other social media outlet. You will need to take it up with the vendor, as they sold you the code. Microsoft/Xbox support can not do anything about this.
