    I have a problem when trying to initialize starfield on game pass pc


    Hi, I installed Starfield on my E: drive because i dont have enough space. But when im trying to launch the game this error pops up: ''C:\Program Files\WindowsApp\BethesdaSoftworks.ProjectGold_1.7.29.0_x64_3275kfvn8vcwc\GameLaunchHelper.exe'' ''Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file''. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

    Solutions I've tried.

    • Reinstalling the game and rebooting my system
    • Repairing the files of the game in the xbox app
    • Updating Windows 11 to the last version
    • Changing permissions of the folder
    • Changing the name of gamelaunchhelper.exe to GameLaunchHelper.exe
    • Repairing and Restarting the microsoft store app, the xbox app and the games service app.
    • Creating the WpSystem folder with everyone as the owner
    • Runing WSReset.exe
    None of this worked. I hope you can help me.

    i have games pass ultimate and i am waiting for Starfield but when the game released its give me not available

    i am not sure where is the problem also my pc spec is good to run the game

    i found alot of gamers like my with the same problem in the internet when i serached

    Starfield preload fails preload error code 0x80073b16

    I've also just successfully downloaded and installed another pc game pass game and that worked, but starfield is still failing.

    Starfield preload keeps failing to download

    Ok, I think I figured out the issue. I first pre-installed just the game titled "Starfield" last week. When I kept trying to pre-install that version it keeps failing. When I did a search in the XBOX app on my PC for Starfield, it showed all the editions and also the one titled "Starfield" that I was trying to install. When I looked at the "Starfield Standard Edition" it also showed pre-install now (I'm a gamepass premium subscriber) so I tried that one and it is installing now. So far no errors. The weird thing is when I go back and look at the one just titled Starfield and it also shows as downloading. I think that particular download link is broken.
