    Very time I run the FIFA 17 that I have just downloaded I get this screen:

    There was a problem with the update

    fifa 17 needs an update, but something went wrong. For help, visit xbox.xom/xboxone/update/help

    I have have the network connection working ? how can this problem be solved?

    Question two. I have just download this from the store, if I uninstall it, will I be enable to download load it again with out paining again?

    PD, if I turn off the Internet in my house the I am enable to play without any problem

    I am trying to play fifa 17 and it says something went wrong I have been trying for a while and I want to play fifa now because lots of stuff has changed.

    Are you still having the problem? If so have you tried purchasing it on Xbox.com? Just sign in at the top right hand corner and then search Fifa 17 and try to purchase I have a problem trying to download FIFA 17 :) (Just ensure you're in the right location for you by checking the bottom left corner)

    If you still have this problem try contacting Xbox Support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     Wait for the page to load fully and then click Xbox Support Chat I have a problem trying to download FIFA 17 :)

    Hi, it may be a number of reasons such as, the payment method you are trying to use has expired, the billing address on your account and that held by your payment option company do not match, there are other reasons the payment may have been declined though.

    You would be best contacting Xbox support in your region and have them check what the issue is exactly.
