I can see that you are having trouble with Microsoft rewards on your Xbox series S. This is a known issue that affects some users and we are working hard to fix it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can try some of these steps to resolve the problem:



- Restart your console by holding the Xbox button on the controller and selecting Restart console.

- Clear the cache of your console by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

- Delete and reinstall the Microsoft rewards app from the Store.

- Check your network connection and make sure it is stable and secure.

- Sign out and sign back in to your Microsoft account on your console.

in my xbox series s microsoft rewards is not opening its showing like an error everytime i try to open it it does not and close

On XBOX Series X the Microsoft Rewards app hangs and when it does open minutes later, and you click on the weekly it gives an "oops, looks like something went wrong service unavailable" error with only an exit

Im also having the same problem, my xbox doesn't connect to wifi and every other device in my house could. I even restarted my wifi 4 times and every device would work except my new xbox series x, I never had the problem with my series S. A solution I found
was to reset the xbox and set it back up through my phone but its only temporary, eventually it will say you can't connect to xbox live. Ive only see a few other people with this problem.
