i have a problem i can't send message and join party and i have message from xbox to me

Why am i still banned?

I was banned on my Xbox One account from communication on the 29/10/2017 until 10/11/2017 it's been 5 days and i still can't talk in party's or send messages please someone tell me how to fix this issue.

Can't get on MS Bingo Server

Can't get on Bingo server. It has been since Monday Mar. 20, 2017 at 3 PM EST until today March 21, 2017 11 AM EST. Will it get fixed? Many of my friends have the same problem. When I do get to play, I often get disconnected. A number of times I got disconnected
before getting my rewards. What happened to the MS Bingo server please? Thanks!

That means that you have temporarily been banned from communicating via text chat or voice chat until 21st October 2017 3:38:25 PM

This could be for any of the reasons listed above- harassment,abusive language, etc

Once the ban is up, you'll get access to the features again.

That is a communication suspension. If it was longer than 24 hours then you could file to have your case reviewed. But seeing how it is only for 24 hours you will have to wait it out unfortunately.

You guys also have too much access to our inform8ion: You should only know the report, the reported person, & the "reporter". You shouldn`t know (or be able to discover) their gender, race, ethnicity, heck, you shouldn`t even see their gamertag; You also shouldn`t
