    I have a problem about launching roblox.


    When i launch a game in roblox, it freezes my laptop instantly and i cannot use any shortcuts or my mouse to shutdown and i have to mannually click the power off button. I have tried to reinstall it,tried clearing roblox cache also i tried lauching from browser and app and it wont work,other games such as minecraft works perfectly fine. Roblox is my favortie game and i dont know what to do.

    3. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try playing the game.

    Sorry to hear about your issue with Roblox. We can try some steps that might help. Try running Roblox as an Administrator. To do so, right-click the Roblox application from the desktop. Select Run as administrator.

    If it persists, try clearing Roblox cache. Press the Windows + R keys to open Run Program. Enter %localappdata% in the input box and click OK. Find the Roblox and right-click on it, select Delete to remove the folder. Once done, launch Roblox and check whether you encounter the issue or not.
