I have a probleem redeeming some gift codes i got from microsoft

what heppened is that i got some codes from microsoft a few weeks back and i didnt redeem them because i didnt knew there was an expiration date, to be honest i didnt see it on the message.

i contacted xbox support on chat and they told me to contact your team by posting this, by the way this is the service request number

You may want to post here in order to get this seen by support faster -
forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx. You'll also want to post which codes you're looking for. Forum support does not have access the reference numbers so they will not be able to see any of the information you gave in chat.

I'm afraid if the codes are now expired then we would be unable to offer replacement. Can you clarify which promotion you're referring to?

 

They were gift codes for children's day
