i have a permanent suspension

so i woke up to a permanent ban on my xbox i’ve had only 2 strikes on my account and for some reason i never got any details on why i got banned. all i remember was i was playing rainbow six siege and this kid lost the match so he told me to end myself so then i told him to 1v1 me then i sent him very fake and random numbers and saying nice ip boi. i don’t think what i did was that bad it didn’t even match what a regular ip looks like and what am i gonna do with his ip if i had it anyway, i think my ban was unlawful and i would like some answers if i could do to get it back.

The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and the only way to reach them is via the case review process by visiting https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Thats the only possible way to have a ban/suspension lifted.

Gonna warn you though. I got banned for a similar thing many years ago and wasnt unbanned so dont be surprised if they dont remove the ban. There are plenty of things that could be done if you had their real ip though.

It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

I don't understand

You are saying that the OP should wait until their suspension is over and they will then be able to play with their friends again....the OP is saying they have a permanent suspension so the suspension won't be over given it's permanent.

There's no set number of suspensions that can lead to a permanent ban. You can receive a permanent ban without ever having received a suspension before.
