    I have an Xbox series s that's only a few months old, I bought it brand new and for the few months that I've owned it it's been great after I updated my controller it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes or even few seconds sometimes it's made it to where I can't even play video games it doesn't matter what game I play it constantly disconnects for no reason

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    I have same problem, since the series S update 2 days ago. The controllers constantly disconnect (yes everything is up to date, tried restarting console, pairing, even tried Xbox 1 controller, same problem, so must be the update)

    When raising a return, it insists on a new address, then it crashes, saying something is wrong. I'm in the UK.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Xbox One controllers also work on the new Series consoles.

    Xbox One/Series S/Series X Wired Controller Static Problems

    I've tried all those links before, and all my controllers are fully up to date, and I've always been good about that.

    One more tidbit, is my son has an Elite controller and has never had any kind of audio issue between the One S and now Series S he owns. So, with that said, I believe this is an issue with the standard Xbox controllers, or between those controllers and all the Xboxes in your line. Please let me know the next steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

    I am having this problem as well. Brand new series x, brand new controller, brand new batteries. System is up to date and so is the controller. Has to be a software issue, this does not happen on my Xbox One.
