I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

I am trying to sign into minecraft using the Xbox account but I somehow have 2 accounts under the same Email and there is no option to enter just the game tag and the password. I had this problem every time I reinstalled minecraft launcher and had so sign and and before I got over the issue somehow but now I just cant find a fix for it. it basically signs me into the account that doesnt have minecraft instead of the one that does and they are both under same email but have different game tags. help please ;-;

Its simply not possible to have two xbox accounts (gamertags) under the same email.

For example, If i try to create a second xbox account (gamertag) using the same email it tells me i cant because an account already exists under that email.

The email you used for each account might be VERY similar but they cant be exactly the same.

You need to somehow figure out what email you used for the correct account you are trying to access. could be the difference between *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** vs *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** or something simple like that.

"1. Check if the account name was typed correctly

-It is possible sometimes that, the account name was misspelled. Double-check if you typed it incorrectly
-If the account name was typed correctly, maybe the email address is incorrect or has been changed recently
-Make sure that your email has the correct domain at the end: @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @live.com, etc.
-Try to log in using your old email address or phone number if they were changed

2. Find your account name from your Windows 10 PC or Xbox

-Click on the Start button on the left side of your Taskbar, and select Settings.
-Head over to Accounts, then Email & accounts.
-Check your Microsoft account names under Email & accounts.
-Another method would be to open any Office 2016 or 2019 app and create a new document.
-Click on the top left corner where it says File, then select Account.
-You can see your Microsoft account name under User information or in the Product information section.
-One last method would be to sign in to your email associated with your Microsoft account.
-Then, check for previous emails from Microsoft.
-The previous emails from Microsoft will show your account name.

3. Make sure you’re using the correct account type

-An account that your workplace or school provided may not have a Microsoft account associated with it. So, you might need to create a new Microsoft account. The only valid ways to sign in are by using an email address, a Skype ID, or a phone number registered to the account.

4. Your Microsoft account might have been deleted

-Your Microsoft account may have been deleted. Microsoft will permanently delete any account which has not been active for the past 2 years. Also, you might have knowingly or unknowingly deleted your Microsoft account."
