As far as I know it is the correct Microsoft account. It was a long time ago when I signed up for the migration. Do you know how I can find out which account I used?

So a couple days ago i mustve mad a mircosoft account and had signed into it on the official minecraft site, net, whatever it is called, and i do not know of the email i had used to sign i. My problem is that when i bought minecraft, i didnt realize that i was still signed into the same account and had purchased it. I cannot play any of my minecraft due to it.

True but all that was signed a long time ago. EA and MS want A and V space. Activision is the wildcard, if there are no contracts, they could end this tomorrow. If someone is not mad over at A, I would like to know why not.

I'm having a similar problem, but with a mobile App, the Destiny app requires sign in via microsoft account, but it is asking my last 4 digits of my phone number from when I made this account a very very long time ago, I have no idea what that old phone
number is, I have all other information including the email.

So this is where I am running into other issues now.

I joined xbox live a long time ago, like back when the 360 was fairly new through this Xbox Live Family system. My account was then given it's own "email." However, when I try to use this email to switch it as my store account it does not recognize the email and says it does not exist. Yet I am signed into Microsoft website itself with this same email.

Is there anything I can do to resolved this issue?

Is there a way to make it so my xbox account is connected to the email I actually use instead of this xbox live family one?
