    This total loser, now ex, came back into my life and has attempted to destroy me, a single mother of two little girls, who planned it all and while pretending to care about me, was going on my phones, my laptops, stealing from us and has created fake accounts, hacked into my accts and now he has an xbox acct and I want to know how to get rid of him, how to identify him. He sent me and my little girls on our phones, pornography, death threats and more.

    If that person has physical access to your console then that is your responsibility. If they have stolen your account then call support and file an Unauthorized Access case.

    Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
    I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?
