3. Try using a different keyboard.

4. Try to open other games and try using your keyboard, if the keyboard works then the problem should be on your game.

I don't have an answer but the same is happening with me. My usual download speed for other games is pretty bad 10 to 30, but fortnite either doesn't even get a download number or stays on kbs

I have binded shift key to sprint. My problem is that even if i don't tactical sprint, just normal walking. If i Press button on my mouse, it will stop me from moving and i have to repress w.

Yeah so, I did everything you suggested and have been playing all day with no issues. And then right now I started another game and it won't let me move my player lol.
