I have a glitch on my Xbox

i have this glotch on my Xbox one. I would try to open my network setting and an error would come up preventing me from opening the settings and it’s causing implications. The error code is 0x90070490 please help me!

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Let us know the results, if that fails there might be a few others things to try

I still have this problem as well PatrickJaouen. I have had my Xbox since December and I have literally tried all of the recommended methods to fix this glitch, but nothing seems to work. Would be nice if Netflix/Xbox would fix this glitch already...

If you're talking about 'Arkham City', you need to fire the Electrical Charge with the Right Bumper (NOT the Trigger) at the door and it'll open...

Have you tried to access your account via the computer?

Use this link: support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-account-management. You should be able to go in and adjust your account.
