    I have found a glitch in the system!!!!!!!!

    Yeah. They just changed it a couple of months ago. It's listed as being something like 120 days.

    That's not a good idea. A license transfer can only be done once every 4 months. If the OP's license transfer goes through with the glitch still on it, they won't be able to fix it for four months. What Portia has suggested
    is the best option.
