I have a games Microsoft bill which I Dnt recognise

I understand your concern regarding the unauthorized purchase. We can definitely try submitting a request for a refund. To do this, please sign in at this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio... and check if the recently purchased game appears as eligible for a refund. If it does, go ahead and submit a refund request from there.

To prevent this from happening again, I recommend adding a PIN to your account or editing your privacy settings.

Edit Privacy Settings

1. Press the Xbox Button

2. Go to Profile & System

3. Select Settings

4. Under Account > Online Safety & Family > Privacy & Online Safety

5. Select Xbox Privacy

6. Select View Details and Customize

7. Select Buy & Download > Turn On

Those are good ideas i personally would like to tell which games are which i go to play a game pass game which at the time i dnt remember it is but i knw i dnt have gamepass active and when i still try to play i get the big fat you dnt own this game denial

Brought the game on October 13th and now it says I Dnt have the game but have proof of purchased

o thhats wat it does??? it deletes all updates from everything??? and all games? lol i dnt realy wanna do tht cuse i have specific updates for things n i dnt wanna delete them, do i have 2 delete them? do u have fb?

All services are running and this error still occurs.

There are numerous reports of this same error.

It appears to be affecting ALL owners of the digital deluxe version of this game. Microsoft store is not recognising that they own the digital deluxe version (and therefore both x/s and the xb one edition).

The store is only recognising they own the X/S version, and not the deluxe version. Which is why the xb one version is no longer being recognised as being owned.

It appears that Microsoft appear unaware of this issue. All we see is people being asked to do the troubleshooting, which will NOT fix this problem.

It is a Microsoft DRM issue specifically with this game. I can't find anywhere that Microsoft has even acknowledged this issue yet.
