    I have a game pass but for some games it says I need to activate a game pass?


    My account says I have an active GamePass but when i go to download some games it says i need an active game pass????

    I just purchased battlefield 3 & have redeemed me online pass that came with the game. However it still says I need to activate my account?

    Sorry for english, i 'm french....,

    I have a problem with the XBOX GAME PASS today. The games can't star, i have two differents error codes with different games:

    Devil may cry 4 or Gears of War ultimate: 0x803f800b

    Zoo Tycon Ox803f8003

    The error message say, the GAME PASS is not actived but no. I paid junuary 3th.

    i need your help, thank .

    Hi, I would also check to make sure the console is set as your home xbox
