I have a game associated with my Microsoft Account but it is not in my Library

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This may mean that you're not signed in under the correct account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing and check if you can see the game order from there as "completed", once confirmed, check the Microsoft email address in the top right corner and take note.

Once you have it, sign out on Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in using the email address that you have from the website.

Xbox account region does match the region in which the game is available

purchased the EA WRC game digitally, can verify that the license is correctly associated with my Xbox account

does not explain why i can see the game in my library on xbox1 which is not compatible for xbox 1 so therefore i cannot download even to an external drive log in to account on my xbox X and game does not show in library so cannot even download

Hey, so I bought minecraft from minecraft.net about like 6 years ago. My friend wants to cross-platform with me, and whenever I go to the microsoft store, "Minecraft" isn't in my Library, even though the account is still associated with it. Do I
really have to purchase Minecraft (Microsoft edition) separately in order to be able to cross platform with my friend?

I'm fairly certain it's not temporary, does it appear in your library? You can check this by clicking the menu (the three dots in the upper right corner) on the Microsoft Store app on your PC and clicking My Library. This should show you all of the apps
and games associated with your account, and Minecraft should be in there. You can also click the Purchased option, though this will take you to a webpage in your Microsoft account listing all your purchases.

I have checked my Microsoft store library and it's definitely not there. I went on my Xbox to check if I definitely own the game and I can launch it on there, It's just not showing up in any of my pc libraries I have made sure it is the same account and it is.
