Check the disc for any scratches or damage.

• If the disc is damaged, it may not install properly.
  

Clear the cache on your Xbox One console.

• To do this, go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage.
  

Disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and try installing the game again.

Hello,

I have the same issue. I purchased the bundle which includes Fifa 19 and Madden 19. Fifa installed with no issues, but Madden is not showing in my ready to install list.

When I go to the store to download from there, there is no option to install to my devices. It just says that I own the game.

My Xbox gone crazy again after installing Fifa 19.

I uninstinstalled Fifa and everything is good again.

The problem was Fifa 19 I think. Thanks EA...

Xbox One games are on bluray discs. Consoles can't actually keep up with the game when reading directly from the discs, so to reduce loading times while playing, the games have to be installed.
