    I have a few suspensions that happened in these previously months over the time this year...


    i have a message to give out to you Microsoft supports i been having problems with getting rid of these suspension you guys have made on this console for the time it came out for Microsoft so can you guys try to fix the problem I been having recently because I am at the point to break my own Xbox if y'all don't help me out with this i am sure I been waiting some long to tell y'all this i can't not be struggling with this every time I text my friends or do anything else like what I said but I know you guys can help with this that's why I can't still be having these issues with the suspension going on that is upsetting my Xbox that you guys created for everyone who plays on it so I ask y'all for some help to fix this issue with the suspensions.

    I have a few suspensions that happened in these previously months over the time this year at my new house and old house so can you help me out to fix this kind of situation

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case revew.

    I too have actually seen this, not often and nor can I remember the threads - but it has happened a few time over the last few months.

    An account suspension doesn't always happen right away. It could have been something that happened a few months ago.

    Like I said, the site has been through some updates so if the suspension happened years ago, it may not show up there anymore. Case reviews are not available for any suspension over 12 months either so even if it did show, it wouldn't be eligible.
