    I have a defective Madden 23 game I purchased and downloaded onto my Xbox X


    Selecting players on the game for a team gives wrong pictures of the player selected and gets stuck and resetting doesn't solve the problem. Turning off the console and resetting doesn't work. I have tried all fixes and none work. I would like to get credit or erase the game on console and get a new Madden 23' install

    I apologize but the only way to remove a license for a game is by getting a refund.

    Also, if this is only happening with this game, the issue can be with the game itself. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Ted.

    After uninstalling the game, please perform a powercycle on your console before reinstalling.
