    Sea of Thieves - Multiplayer Settings doesn´t works

    Heyy,

    I just bought Sea of thieves yesterday and I wanted to play, but it doesn´t work, because it calls my Multiplayer Settings aren´t set on true... I tried it like 50 times and it doesn´t works... sorry for my bad english... I´m german and it doesn´t give a
    german support jet -.-

    I hope you can help me, please.

    I buyed a prepaid code for 12months xbox live gold. xbox recognise the code , but it doesn`t work.

    xbox recognise that the code is for 12months xbox live gold, but if i choose "redeem" , they said there is a problem and i have to try it in a few moments later, but it doesn´t work since yesterday.

    But after that i bought one code for global and it work, why The code for Europe doesn t work?

    I have the same problem today.

    My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...
