If maybe you don't see this charge in the order history on any of the Microsoft accounts you own. This means that someone is using your card without authorization.

In order to stop incoming charges from Microsoft or get a refund for the transactions, you need to contact your bank regarding this matter.

OK so the problem boils down to:

email address that is listed on my billing account, is different from that that associated with my profile. I cant change info until 2-25 because of security delay. Billing sends security authorization code to defunct email address that was used WAAAY back
on an old xbox that my kids broke.

I am continually getting an email (to correct email addy) from LIVE that says "we are unable to charge for gold" but I cant change anything because of the email problem.

expires 2-12.... and I have TWO years subscriptions to redeem..wont let me because invalid credit card on account.
