    800-469-9269 should get you where you need to be.

    The phone number is no longer valid. In order to contact a live agent, you must use the
    Contact Us portal as advised by the other ambassadors above.

    When you are on the support chat section of the website there is actually a button to click for requesting a call if you have not done so already.

    I have been getting double billed for my Xbox Game Pass membership even though I only have one Xbox account / Device.

    I have the same issue. I checked my bank statement through my app and I’ve been double billed from Microsoft for my Xbox subscription. I’ve tried multiple times to go through the online process to call or talk to a live agent but it does not work and sends me in circles. I’m attempting to get this resolved but i feel like Microsoft just doesn’t want to help so they make it impossible to actually talk to a live person
