I have a big issue with updating and downloading games

Discus and support I have a big issue with updating and downloading games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I noticed that when I update a game it starts off good but then my mbps starts dropping by a lot and it stop my update and download and a error pops up...     I have a big issue with updating and downloading games


    I noticed that when I update a game it starts off good but then my mbps starts dropping by a lot and it stop my update and download and a error pops up the error code is (0x87e00005) when i press try again it goes away but my games dose not download or update still I don't know why but my internet is good and space but this error just keep popping up and my xbox dose not want to download anything this has been going on all ready for 3 days after a software update that i got on my xbox series s pls help me fix this issue I don't want to buy another xbox

    Sorry for the trouble, Steven. You just need to have them validate if there are any restrictions on their end.

    Sorry for that, Steven. As a last resort, we may need to reset the console removing everything. This will uninstall all of your games and apps but you can reinstall them later on.

    Thank you, Steven. The issue seems to be related to your network connection. Is there a way for you to reach out to your network provider so they can check?

    That did not work at all what it did was my xbox stutter and makes my controller blink and I still can't download or update anything pls help and a new error popped up not it says teredo ip address not found even tho everything on my router is good
