    I have a 14-digit minecoin code but get redirected to enter 25-digit code?


    I bought each of my children a minecraft minecoin card at Walmart for Christmas. Both of them have the same 14-digit code on the receipt (literally the same activation code listed twice, I'm not sure if its supposed to be like that). Microsoft wants a
    25-digit code, so I went to the minecoin redemption page on minecraft.net and when I enter the 14-digit code on there, it automatically redirects the page to microsoft, logs me into my Microsoft account and prompts me for a 25-digit code. There are no other
    codes on the receipt or the cards themselves. What do I do? I've contacted minecraft.net but I got an auto reply saying they are backlogged and it will be a long time until they get to their support tickets.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the redeem codes, but the way i understand it you should have 2 different codes as most codes are one time use, it might be good to read all the small print on the cards as it might be a type that you
    go to a specific website, you enter your email and the code and then they send you a email with the xbox code., If not i am sorry to say that you will have to wait until you get contact back from the support as this time of year, it can take a few weeks to
    get to your ticket.

    Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
    entering the code.

    25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.
    It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones
