    Error 0x87e10024 occurs when you insert a backward compatible disc into your Xbox

    If you see error code 0x87e10024 when inserting a backward compatible disc into your Xbox Series X or Xbox One console:

    0x87e10024

    This means the game disc is compatible but having trouble being verified for play. This may also mean that you're experiencing an Xbox service interruption, the disc isn't compatible with your console, or there's a problem with the disc.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    As per Xbox support: "This means the game disc is compatible but having trouble being verified for play. This may also mean that you’re experiencing an Xbox service interruption, the disc isn’t compatible with your console, or there’s a problem with the disc."

    One of the steps is validating if the game is indeed a backward-compatible game and as I have checked, seems like it is not on the list.

    May I know exact what game discs do you have? Not all Xbox 360 games are backwards compatible. Usually this error is given when you try to play a 360 game that is not backwards compatible on your Xbox One/Series console.

    It says there is a problem verifying my game disc, it says error code 0x87e10024, I click on help and my xbox status is fine and I tried ejecting the disc's and inserting them later but they still won't work
