I have 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't recieved my credits yet.

I have had 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't received my credits yet. They should of been deposited by January 5 ,2017 into my account. When will they be deposited for me to be able to use these 8250 credits?

Haven't received December My VIP credits yet.

Greetings,

I have yet to have my December credits show up in my account. I spent around $150 in December and my star rating went up to a 5* rating in My VIP but I haven't yet received the credits for the purchases I made in December, all of which should've been eligible
for My VIP.

I would appreciate anyone taking time to look into this,

50,000 Rewards Credits

When I bought Xbox One S from Microsoft store there was an offer "50,000 Rewards Credits, a select FREE game , and FREE Expedited Shipping October 29 – December 31, 2016". I haven't got this reward points yet. Order number: 17582219358.

When points are added between the 1st and 15th they are typically deposited around the 30th and when they are added between the 16th and 30th/31st they are deposited around the 15th of the following month. If your rewards went into your account on the 18th
as you indicated then they should deposit somewhere between January 12th-15th, 2017.

The 50,000 credit offer for purchasing a console ended on December 31, 2016. So if you purchased it in February, it would not have been eligible for credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So you should see the credits over the next few days.
