I have 7600 credits and 1070 microsoft points how to use them?

Hello, I see that my green bar displaying my credit is erroneous, it shows me 2000 credit on 5000 while I have 7600 credits and 1070 microsoft points. Moreover, I also find that my last purchases on the Xbox one store do not appear in my rewards history.
Can you help me?

point v.s. currency issue

purchased 4000,2000,and 1600 point microsoft cards or 95$ worth in my account its showing 7600 points and in my occount its actually 95$ and im not able to make purchases in the marketplace

Does anyone know how the use of dollars and Microsoft Points work in this case?

i.e. If I wanted to purchase a on demand title, will my credit card get charged? Can I have my points balance deducted instead?

 

The 7600 credits is the total amount of credits you have earned since the program started awarded credits in 2013. That total includes credits you have pending (2,000) and any credits that have already been deposited (5,600). Credits are automatically deposited
into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending or you can request a deposit once you have at least 1,000 pending. Once credits are deposited, they are added to your Microsoft account balance as currency.
So you would use your account balance when you make purchases over Live to use your currency.

The Microsoft points would have been deposited prior to 2013 before the point system was discontinued. Your statement on the MyRewards page will list when any deposits took place. You can also verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

The 7600 Credits is your lifetime Credit amount, which includes already deposited Credits. This is why you only have 2000 Credits pending (not deposited). Microsoft points were discontinued, but we keep a historical record for you.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
