I have 69K in reward points..could you all please deposit it?

I have had these points accumulating for forever, I have done everything I could but nothing will trigger a deposit. I love Xbox, like my entire family has an Xbox One version in their room. Could I please have my reward points?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked

You can check all transactions at
https://billing.microsoft.com Deposits from the Rewards program will not be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. For December, points were deposited on the 5th and around the 20th. For any points you had deposited before December, they would
have been deposited around the 12th-13th or end of the month after you had earned at least 100 points.

The 440 you see on the site would be all points you've earned since joining the program. It doesn't necessarily mean all of those were deposited in December. So you may have had several deposits in the past as well.

Another possibility is that he is with xbox rewards. I know they just recently deposited my points. He could have bought it and then next time he saw, boom his points where deposited.

They typically are. And actually with the rewards program the funds are automatically deposited into your account for use. So all you have to for is redeem your points form Microsoft Rewards and wait for them to be added. I forgot they went to direct
deposit.

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.
