    hi just wondering why my points haven't been added yet the dates show I earned them on the 18/03/2016 and 31/07 2016 when will they be added as it still says pending

    Rewards credits have been pending since June 2016

    In my list of pending credits, there are 8 instances of credits that have been pending since June 30th 2016. How do I get them deposited?

    Haven't received pending MyVIP Gems from 2014 and 2016

    I have 550 pending credits still from the middle of 2016 when do I get them

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Once you have 1,000, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

    Since you only have 550 you have not earned enough for an automatic deposit. So they will remain pending until you do.

    Hello Supershoddy1989,

    We only schedule you automatically for a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you have not been scheduled automatically for a deposit. Once you have at least 1000 Credits pending, you will be able to request a next
    available scheduled deposit. Since you are beneath this amount as well, you currently cannot request a deposit manually.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
