Xbox live rewards credits not deposited

as of the move of Xbox live rewards, I have reward credits on my account that have not been deposited into my mocrosoft account.

I would like them deposited please.... it stated you deposit on 15th and 30-31st of the month. There is no longer a self request option to do this.

Did wish for deposit around 15th of the credits

so I have 1 day left until my credits are suppost to be pending you guys said if it's the first half of the month it be deposited on the 30th if it's the second half of the month it will be deposited on the 15th next month and it said if I have at least
1,000 credits pending I can request the nearest date so does that mean I can request a deposit on the 15th since I have 5,000 credits pending even though I'm in the first half of the month if so how can I request a deposit on the 15th of this month.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled for a deposit
so there is no longer a need to request one.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

So if you had request a deposit earlier this month when you had 2,000 credits pending and then redeemed 5,000 credits from the vault, the 2,000 credits would have been deposited today, but the 5,000 credits would be scheduled for the deposit at the end of
the month.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

Also, it says that I can request an early deposit, but there's nothing to click on to let me do that, how can I do this?
