Can I please have my points deposited, I would like to use them on a game. It was supposed to be deposited in April but it still hasn't been.

Mission Xbox Rewards Points

I made 2 purchases last month that I have not seen any points be deposited to my account. This would be the 3rd time in the last 4 months where my points have or were never deposited. I have noticed that the smaller 10 dollars or less purchased did get
deposited but the larger than that have not. Not sure what is going on.

Credits Not depositing said to post here.

I have 14,247 points and haven't been deposited in the last scheduled points. I had this issue before but it finally got deposited so I thought was fixed.

I would like to know what the issue is. With the coming changes I would like them deposited as soon as possible.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked

Same problem, 6 months, 30k pending and absolutely no help available.

Same issue here with 36k points pending, I've put the pause on usage until I see deposits

Rewards points are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points. It sounds like you may not have gotten to that point until last month so they should be deposited by the 15th of this month.

I cannot tell when you reached the 5000 points mark (or eventually made an early deposiot request) but remember that if you have reached 5000 or more by the end of last month, those should be converted by the 15th of this month.

If you reach 5000 points between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you reach 5000 points between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

As an example, last month I got to 5250 on the 12th and got the deposit on the 29th.

If you have been waiting for more than what I explained, then support will have to look into it.

It's been 25 months since my last deposit. I have 36,200 points pending. Billing information is (and has been) correct. Ridiculous.
