So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.



If you are still using the account from Mojang and still not Migrated, I suggest you create a new Microsoft Account and migrate it to that account.

Microsoft accounts can only link to one Mojang account. Multiple Java Mojang accounts need to be migrated to separate Microsoft accounts.

I understand you need help on your account issue. Just a heads up that you cannot have 2 Microsoft accounts linked to 1 Minecraft or Xbox account. Which means that if you are logged in to the email that you have and is getting a different gamertag, this means that this email is being linked to a different Xbox account and you might be using a different email to your Minecraft account before.

It is possible that this was linked to another Microsoft account email and you need to check your other emails to see if those are linked to the correct Minecraft account. If this was through migration, try to remember what email it was that you used during migration.

Once you have found the Microsoft account to which your Minecraft account was linked, you can proceed to perform the post-migration process.

Here's how to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was linked:

1. Sign in using this link: https://account.microsoft.com/
2. Select the 'Payment & billing' tab
3. Check your Order History.
4. Look for the Minecraft transaction.

You can complete the following post-migration process before December 18, 2023, to experience Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC with a Microsoft account:

1. Log-in with your Mojang account email address here.
2. Click on the 'verify Mojang account email address' button.
a. Enter your Mojang account email address. Next, click ‘Get Code’ and a code will be sent to your Mojang email address.
b. Enter the code.
3. Enter a Microsoft account email address.
a. This email address can be from a new or existing Microsoft account that you own.
b. Click ‘Submit Request’.
4. Check the box next to ‘I understand that my Mojang account will be deactivated’.

5. Click ‘Finish’.
6. Receive an email confirming that we’ve granted your Microsoft account an entitlement to Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

this is not true at all. im having a problem where 2 minecraft accounts are under the same email and i cant seem to recover 1 of them.
