I have 2 minecoins pack but the second one dosn't work help!

I don't have a problem with getting points but I do have a problem with rewards because 1 week ago I bought 2 $1.99 minecoin packs for Minecraft from rewards and I still haven't got my minecoins please help me

I will try and get back to you with the results, I have also tried to save the packs on a different hard drive and it still dosn't work. So I will try a different disk.

- Minecraft Starter Collection: Started pack and minecoins

- Minecraft Master Collection: Started pack, Creator Pack and minecoins

- Minecraft Xbox One: It is requiere the Better together update

I believe all them are the new version, but the last one, the cheaper, oes it include the Aquatic Update?

I had my brother sign off my microsoft account so he can use my alt one but after it said someone was using my alt accountvI changed the password for my psn all done then I hop onto my swutch were I signed into my account my main
and all my skins and minecoins are gone. Microsift can you please refund 1 skin pack and my 1240 minecoins would be better if you refund all of them but if you can the one pack I want you to refund is the deep blocks 2 skin pack and my minecoins thank you

As long as you have the same microsoft/Xbox account is linked to the 2 version of it you will have access to any skin or packs you bought through the minecraft store will be available for both platforms. But minecoins won't because, the platforms use
different currency (Tokens for ps4 and minecoins for pc, xbox, switch, and mobile)
