I have 2 Microsoft accounts with the same email and I can't log into the one I want to

Are you able to sign in with each account separately or not at all? (if you put the same @gmail)

And, did you not remember having any @outlook (Microsoft domain) added to that account?

That helps to identify each one easily

Either that or try logging in with another account alias or phone number, if registered.

In this case I can advise you to fill the account recovery form. Probably the primary email address (the one usually created when you open a Microsoft account) is different.

Or as other user said, if you had linked a phone or similar, please use that instead of the Gmail

I went to go and remove the account here but every time I tried the account would just pop up again 5 seconds later.

Also, both of the accounts shown are made through the Microsoft service I am only able to login into the second account through Microsoft services though, and not the first one which is the one I want to log into

Hello Shaw, have you tried removing the second account, the one that doesn't have your photo from your PC, and check if the first one connects?

This second account, was it an account that you used locally or had already created it and was able to sign in to any Microsoft service?

Another attempt you can make is, download the Game Pass App to your mobile device and see if you can log in.
