I have 2 kids and 3 Xbox consoles and one Xbox live account. Can they all be under one account

Technically yes, you can use your account on all 3 consoles but you will not be able to play with that account at the same time (which kind of defeats the purpose of having 3 consoles). You can use the "home xbox " feature to share your games and subscriptions with other console. You can only to this with one extra console though.

Here is how to do it.

With your account on one of your kids console:

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home
Select Make this my home Xbox.

After that, your kid's console will have access to your games and subscriptions

You have 2 console 3 account

Account 1 (with subscription)
Account 2
Account 3

Console A
Console B

Account 1 that owns the subscription will classify console B as the primary one from that all accounts on console B will have access to the subscription

which means that account 2 or 3 on console B will have xbox live and all

in return Account 1 will be the only one able to use the xbox live on console A

If you want account 2 and 3 to play together, you will need one of the two subscribers

Assuming you mean digital

Ok lets call the xbox one x console 1 and the xbox one s is console 2

Your account is account 1

One kid is =account 2

One kid is account 3

Ok your account 1 makes console 2 its home console

Account 1-3 can use any games on console 2 and play online

Console 1 only your profile will be the roaming profile so.only account 1 can play online and use your game on that console 1 but must.be signed online

Only one console can be home console.and only the account with thr live membership will be able to use it on any console

So ideally you want to have only 2 accounts not a third one if you want them to play on two different consoles

he will have to start over with a new account, leave your account on the xbox as the home console and he can access the games still.

alot of people fall into this situation yet a child account can be made for them from as early as 2 as my kids all have there own accounts under the adult account. these can then upgrade to adult account when 18, one of my kids reach 18 and upgraded.

Stuff can't be transferred. The game is tied to kid #2's account AND that xbox.

When you download content, it's licensed to the gamertag and console downloaded to. You can download again on another console, but then only have access with the original gamertag while connected to live.

On the original console, all accounts have access to it.

To fix this issue, you must put kid #2's account on kid #1's xbox, activate a license transfer and redownload the game onto that console.

This should make the game register to that console, and allow kid #1 to play even though it was downloaded with kid #2 account, and it will make it so it wont be playable to any account on kid #2 xbox, but kid #2 can play it on that console while connected
to live.
